A sauce that is both fruity and spicy, without one flavour overpowering the other: that is exactly what Cottage Delight’s Mango Lime Chilli Sauce is all about. The sweetness of ripe mango is combined with the fresh tartness of lime and rounded off with a subtle chilli kick. The result: a vibrant sauce with a perfect balance of fruitiness, tartness and a mild heat.

The sauce is very versatile. As a dip for chips or snacks. In stir-fries and other stir-fried dishes. With meat, rice and vegetable dishes. Or as a flavouring in wraps and bowls. The combination of mango, lime and chilli also works well in a marinade for chicken or prawns, and a spoonful stirred into a rice salad or noodle dish instantly adds a fresh, exotic touch.

The sauce is made in small batches. This ensures an authentic character and a high-quality, artisanal finish, rather than large-scale, standardised production. Ideal for anyone looking for an exotic, modern flavour within the BBQ or Asian range.

The sauce is gluten-free and vegetarian, although it does contain mustard as an allergen. It is suitable for the vast majority of customers with dietary requirements, with that one exception. With this sauce, you can combine convenience, flavour and a touch of adventure in a single bottle.
