This Konro Grill Diatomite Hibachi is made in Japan Of diatom clay. Diatomaceous earth is a fossil layer formed by diatoms of phytoplankton deposited at the bottom of the sea or lake over many years. This material is the most suitable for this konro / hibachi grill and has excellent fire resistance and high heat storage. Work with Binchotan charcoal and bring out the full flavour of the ingredients. Comes including small pliers.
