Depending on the size of the shipment, we use:

Note! We pack EXTRA tightly and make every effort to deliver your order shatterproof.
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of the order. Because we international shipping shipping may take longer.
Reporting damage
Do you have breakage or something wrong? Take pictures right away and send them to [email protected]. We will get back to you soon.
Shipping procedure, costs and packaging Netherlands
- Shipping costs for a regular parcel within the Netherlands are € 9,95.
- Packaging costs are included in the shipping costs.
- We use DPD.
- You will receive a Track & Trace code in a separate e-mail.
- Order your binchotan or a Japanese grill The shipping costs per weight are listed below.

- Parcels within the Netherlands are delivered in 2 to 3 working days.
- The Wadden Islands are excluded from delivery, please take contact with us (delivery is possible by arrangement).
- Always leave a mobile phone number with us. Then we can reach you better.

Packaging costs
Because Konro Grill are fragile, we pack them extra well. Packaging costs are included in the shipping costs.
To save the environment, we also use recycled and used packaging.
