If you have a complaint or want to make a claim, we would like to resolve it for you!
We recommend that you first raise a complaint with us via [email protected]. Then we will look together at how to resolve your complaint. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
