Angus & Oink Gaucho Steak Rub
Angus & Oink Gaucho is a rub inspired by the Argentine gauchos and their asados. A versatile blend that can be used on steaks, for marinating, roasting or as a seasoning in everyday meals. The blend contains black pepper, garlic, coriander, jalapeño and other herbs, as well as sea salt. It works very well as a dry rub, or mix with olive oil and lemon for a chimichurri-style dressing!
