Prepay

Our payment methods are easy and 100% secure. If you choose to pay with iDEAL or Bancontact then you pay no additional costs at Konro Grill. For a payment with credit card you pay €0.15 + 1.3% service fee. If you opt for KBC/CBC or Belfius, we will charge a one-off €0.25 and 0.9% of your order. After placing your order and entering your details, you will be automatically redirected to our payment provider (Mollie) to complete the payment securely and quickly.

Post-payment or spread payment in 3 parts

In certain countries, we also offer the option to pay afterwards with Klarna or Riverty. This service is expensive for us, which is why we charge a one-off fee. The costs for Klarna and Riverty are 2.99% of your order. Besides post-payment, you can also opt for pay in 3 parts with Klarna or iDEAL. The surcharge for spread payment with Klarna is a one-off €0.95 + 2.99% of your order and for iDEAL in 3 it is €0.85 + 3.5%. Post-payment or spread payment is available up to an order value of €5,000.

Pay on collection

Would you prefer to collect from us? No problem. You can choose to collect from the shop and make payment directly. Rather pay at pick-up? At pick-up you can pay with cash or PIN. In the shopping cart, choose “Collect from store” and “Bank transfer”.

Not all items are easy to collect (due to weight and size). So always coordinate your pick-up with us. Call us, send a message or use our chat.
