How do I exchange or return my product?

To make the exchange or return of your order as smooth as possible, please take the following steps. Please notify us in advance of the return via [email protected]. You can read the conditions for returns on this page.

Please complete the return form below.

• Please fill in the entire form correctly and clearly state the reason for return/exchange.
• Each shipment comes with a packing slip with item number(s) and quantity, this should also accompany the return shipment.
• You can return the return at your own expense to Returns Department - Anton Pieckplein 117a - 5171 CV Kaatsheuvel.
• Once we receive the return, we will review and process it.
• We will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within 3 days.
• If you would like to exchange the product for another please report this in the form or in an e-mail at [email protected].

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

• You have a legal 14-day trial period on our products.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of notification of the return.
• When exchanging or returning, please use the enclosed return form.
• Returns should, preferably, be made in the same packaging.
