Rock’n’Rubs Don’t cry for me Argentina, a spice mix for steak and more!
Perfect for meat, fish, poultry, grilled vegetables and salads. But also ideal as a chimichurri glaze or barbecue sauce when mixed with oil and vinegar. Chimichurri is the classic South American barbecue sauce and marinade, perfect with steak, but also delicious with vegetables, grilled cheese, fish and chicken. Leave 1 tablespoon of the herb mix to soak for 5 minutes in 1 tablespoon of lukewarm water. Then mix with 3 tablespoons of high-quality olive oil and 1 tablespoon of red wine or red wine vinegar. You can enhance the flavour to taste with fresh herbs, onion, chilli or garlic. Can also be used as a dry marinade!
