Origin

Indonesia

Description

The origin of original Binchotan charcoal is Japan, however, this charcoal is little produced and rarely exported. This makes it the most expensive and exclusive charcoal in the world. With white Binchotan from BestCharcoal, we have an affordable alternative. Its origin is Indonesia and it has practically the same properties as the Japanese variety. White Binchotan from BestCharcoal produces very high, efficient heat and has a burn time of about 3 to 5 hours.

When you finish your grilling session, Binchotan is easy to reuse. Quenching can be done in 2 ways: closing your konro grill or with quenching in water (in a steel bucket, never in your grill!). The carbon percentage of the white binchotan is 96-98 percent therefore you have hardly any ash in your konro.
