How do I exchange or return my product?
To make the exchange or return of your order as smooth as possible, please take the following steps. We ask that you notify us in advance of the return via email@example.com. You can read the conditions for returns on this page.
Please complete the return form below.
- Please fill out the entire form correctly and clearly state the reason for return/exchange.
- Each shipment includes a packing slip with item number(s) and quantity, this should also be included with the return shipment.
- Please make sure that the delivered product has no damage or defects otherwise we cannot honor the return.
- Send the item in its original packaging along with the form and make sure it is tightly sealed.
- You can return the return shipment at your own expense to Returns Department - Anton Pieckplein 117a - 5171 CV Kaatsheuvel.
- Once we receive the return, we review and process it.
- We will ensure that the purchase price is refunded within 3 days.
- If you would like to exchange the product for another please notify us in the form or in an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You have a legal 14-day trial period on our products.
- Products must be returned unused and undamaged.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of notification of return.
- When exchanging or returning, please use the enclosed return form.
- Returns should be made, preferably, in the same packaging.
