More than 80% of all rubs contain paprika. Nothing wrong with that but this rub does not contain it! That makes The Fire Station White Rub a very suitable rub for beef. Especially suitable for beef that you want to eat red (grilled medium, medium rare or rare to taste). Meat where you want to keep tasting the flavors of beef i.c.w. rich fats of nice, marbled beef.

This white rub is not overpowering. It contains pepper, garlic, onion and a hint of lemongrass and lemon peel. A low salt content was chosen. This makes this rub a real flavor enhancer, that is, it brings out the flavor of your steak without overpowering itself. Also not to be underestimated delicious on your vegetables!
