Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of the order. Because we international shipping shipping may take longer.

Netherlands: free from € 250.00, below € 250.00 packaging + shipping costs are € 9.95.
Packaging costs are included in the shipping costs.
We use PostNL.
You will receive a Track & Trace code in a separate e-mail (your Track & Trace code may not be visible until the evening).
Due to the weight of charcoal, regardless of the order amount, we always charge € 9.95 shipping costs.
For heavy parcels and pallets, we use our own transport or a third party.
Parcels are delivered within 2 to 3 working days within the Netherlands.
The Wadden Islands are excluded from delivery, please take contact with us (delivery is possible by arrangement).
Always leave a mobile phone number with us. Then we can reach you better.

Belgium: free from € 250.00, below € 250.00 packaging + shipping costs are € 14.95.
Packaging costs are included in the shipping costs.
For parcels, we use PostNL (will be transferred to PostBE).

Because Konro Grill are fragile, we pack them extra well. Packaging costs are included in the shipping costs.

To save the environment, we also use recycled and used packaging.
