Magic Dust Rub – add a touch of magic to your meat!

Magic Dust rub is one of the best-known and most popular BBQ rubs in the world. Unlike most BBQ rubs, this Magic Dust Rub from The Fire Station has a very fine texture. As the name suggests: it’s actually dust! This rub is spicy and contains paprika, garlic, mustard seeds, pepper, cumin and a hint of cayenne pepper. The salt used is sea salt, naturally in limited quantities.

This Magic Dust Rub is suitable for, for example, spare ribs, gyros (from the rotisserie), lamb and Greek souvlaki. But do give it a go on vegetables or fried potatoes too! Or… why not mix it with some mayonnaise and/or crème fraîche and turn it into a dip! In short, a versatile, absolutely delicious BBQ rub.
