Sriracha originated in Thailand but is now recognised worldwide. And for good reason! A distinctive red chilli-based rub with lots of garlic and umami flavour! Tasty as a rub on pork and poultry, of course, but can also be used as a seasoning on eggs, in your noodle soup or Pho. Or mix it with mayonnaise for a spicy, sensational mayo dip! Last but not least: make spicy prawns with it!
