This all-round BBQ spice mix combines a sweet base with a smoky bacon flavour and a subtle chipotle chilli kick. Developed in collaboration with the BBQ enthusiasts at Smells Like Meat Spirit, inspired by their motto: “With rock ”n’ roll in my heart and my hand on the grill.”
Perfect for the classic BBQ favourites such as spare ribs, pulled pork, brisket and pork belly, but also ideal for pork shoulder chops, bacon bombs, chicken legs or Dutch Oven stews.
