Smart temperature detection. Five internal sensors continuously measure the lowest core temperature of your dish, whilst an additional sensor monitors the ambient temperature. Together, they ensure precise cooking results.
Extremely heat-resistant. The Quad Probe can withstand temperatures of up to 400°C, making it ideal for use over an open fire or on the barbecue.
User-friendly T-shaped probe. The clever T-shape makes it easy to detach cleanly – no faff when removing it from your dish.
Waterproof and dishwasher-safe. With an IPX8 rating, the probe is completely waterproof and can be safely washed in the dishwasher.
Long battery life. A full charge provides up to 50 hours of use. Need a quick top-up? After 2 minutes, you’ll have another 2 hours of cooking time.
