Tomasu Soy Salt

A unique salt made with soya sauce

This salt from Tomasu is made from gros sel de Guérande (salt), harvested in Brittany, France. As this salt is one of the four ingredients in Tomasu’s soya sauces, it felt natural to create a salt infused with soya sauce. They fill barrels with salt and then add freshly pressed soya sauce, allowing the flavours to blend and mature. This results in a unique, flavourful salt.
